As we are warming up for the start of Season 2 we have a couple of collaborations and a recorded event to share. This week we spoke with Jennie Wetter, a policy expert from the Population Institute and the host of the podcast Repros Fight Back!
Check out our interview with Jennie on Outlawed here:
And our interview on RePROs fight back here:
Jennie recently released the annual 50 state report card for sexual and reproductive health. We discuss this resource and how powerful this data is.

Using the interactive map, you can learn about sexual and reproductive health in your own state and find opportunities to improve access to care. As we discuss in the episode, NC scores a D-. As you navigate through the interactive map, you can see that while NC requires comprehensive sex education, the attacks on abortion access and trans health are areas where we can improve the care we are allowed to provide.
We asked Jennie what some of her favorite episodes from rePROs over the years and she said these were a few of the highlights from the past few years. Check them out!
Here are some additional resources you should check out!
Check out these excellent resources from Advocates for Youth for sex education — Amaze and Amaze Jr. !
Check out our updated oral history project - Abortion Care today - We have new provider interviews added and updated. These stories share the impacts of bans in the US on clinicians providing care. You can hear the voices of those providing care despite all the challenges.
